Who we are and what these terms cover

m-spacemedia is the trading name of Mark Muller, based at 129 De La Warr Road, Bexhill-on-Sea, East Sussex, United Kingdom, TN40 2JJ. In these terms, we, us and our mean that operator. You can contact us at support@m-spacemedia.com.

PathSnapper at pathsnapper.com and Matorii at matorii.com are products operated by us. They have their own websites, accounts and features. The shared billing page at m-spacemedia.com/pay helps you continue a payment or manage payment details for the appropriate product. Seeing m-spacemedia in a payment flow does not mean that your product account has moved to a different service.

These terms cover our shared billing pages and the common relationship with our software products. The relevant product terms explain its features, usage restrictions, account rules and content licence. Read the PathSnapper terms or Matorii terms together with these terms and the information shown before purchase. Commissioned design or development services provided by m-spacemedia are governed by their separate agreements.

Our Privacy notice explains personal-data processing. Our Refund policy explains refunds and cancellation rights. Neither browsing a policy nor being redirected to a product site creates a new purchase.

Payments through Paddle

Paddle acts as merchant of record and authorised reseller for purchases processed through Paddle. The applicable Paddle entity is identified in its checkout, terms and receipt. Paddle manages collection of payment, applicable taxes, invoices and payment-related support under its Buyer Terms.

We provide the product and product support. Your payment contract with Paddle and applicable consumer rights are not replaced by these website terms. Your receipt identifies the product purchased. The statement description can differ from the product's website name; use your Paddle receipt or Paddle buyer support if you do not recognise a payment.

The amount, currency, taxes where applicable, billing interval and included features are shown before you confirm checkout. A link to update payment details may open an existing subscription transaction. If an outstanding payment is due, checkout shows the amount before confirmation.

Subscriptions and one-time access

Subscriptions renew at the interval shown at checkout unless cancelled. You can manage the subscription through the relevant product account or Paddle's available customer-management options. Cancelling a renewal and requesting a refund are different actions. Cancellation normally stops future renewals and retains access until the end of the paid period, subject to the product's stated rules and any refund or account-deletion consequences.

PathSnapper offers monthly and annual Pro subscriptions and one-time 24-hour and seven-day passes. A pass does not renew automatically. Its access begins after payment is confirmed; an additional pass purchased during an active pass follows the active pass. There is no free trial of PathSnapper Pro. Its free preview lets you inspect picture previews before choosing paid access.

Matorii's current plans, allowances and renewal terms are described on its pricing page and at checkout. Buying one product does not include a subscription or paid access to the other unless an offer expressly says so.

We will clearly explain a material change to an existing paid plan or price before it takes effect where required. Mandatory rights and any options to cancel remain available. Refund and withdrawal questions are covered by our Refund policy.

Your accounts and content

Use the relevant product's account pages to manage that account. The billing hub does not combine your sign-ins, transfer your saved content between products or grant access simply because you visit a link. Protect your account credentials and contact the product promptly about suspected unauthorised access.

You must have the rights needed to submit content to a product. PathSnapper claims no ownership of your source artwork or exported vector files; its product terms explain permitted personal and commercial use and the limited processing needed to provide its features. Matorii's product terms explain its licence for generated sessions and exported recordings. Do not assume that the two products have the same content licence.

Matorii is a mindfulness product for general relaxation and personal reflection. It is not a medical-care or emergency service. Follow its product safety guidance. PathSnapper's automatic results should be checked before they are used for printing, cutting or other production work. These descriptions do not remove your rights where a paid service is faulty or not as described.

Acceptable use of the billing hub

Use the hub only for legitimate payment and account-support purposes. Do not attempt to access another person's payment information, tamper with links to mislead customers, submit malicious content, or disrupt the service. We may restrict abusive requests or protect the service while investigating misuse, using proportionate measures.

We do not ask for your account password, full card number, security code or bank-login details by email to resolve a payment-link problem. Payment details belong in the genuine Paddle checkout or its supported customer portal.

Availability and responsibility

We take reasonable care in providing the billing pages and directing customers to their products. Service interruptions can occur, including interruptions involving payment or hosting providers. If a link cannot be opened, use the relevant product's account page or contact us or Paddle; an error page does not itself cancel your subscription or prove that payment failed.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer protections.

Changes and disputes

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the billing service or our legal obligations. The version shown before a purchase and the applicable Paddle terms govern that purchase; changes do not retrospectively remove accrued rights. Material changes affecting existing users will be communicated where appropriate or required.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to mandatory protections available to consumers under the laws that apply to them. Please contact us so we can try to resolve a concern. This does not prevent you using any legal remedy available to you.
