Scope and payment provider
This policy applies to PathSnapper and Matorii purchases made through Paddle. These products are operated by Mark Muller, trading as m-spacemedia. Paddle is the merchant of record for those payments and processes refunds through its payment systems.
Your statutory rights remain available. This policy does not reduce rights under applicable consumer law or Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy. Product-specific commitments made before purchase also remain relevant.
Requesting help or a refund
For a billing or refund request, use the support link in your Paddle receipt or visit paddle.net. For a product problem, or help identifying an order, contact support@m-spacemedia.com. We will help you identify the appropriate product and direct the request to Paddle where needed.
Please provide the product name, purchase date, Paddle order or transaction reference if available, and a short explanation. Do not email your full card number, security code, account password or bank-login credentials. You can make a clear withdrawal request without giving a reason where the law permits this.
Consumer cancellation and withdrawal rights
Depending on where you live and the contract, a statutory withdrawal period may apply. Paddle's current policy includes a 14-day period for qualifying initial purchases in the UK and certain European territories, and a renewed period for qualifying UK annual subscription renewals. Other locations and circumstances have different rights and deadlines. Use Paddle's policy and applicable law to determine the rights for your transaction.
Starting a pass, using an application or exporting a file does not, by itself, establish that all withdrawal rights have been waived. Any lawful restriction associated with early supply depends on the nature of the supply and the required express request, consent and acknowledgement. We will not treat a preselected box, a general website visit or silence as that acknowledgement.
Your rights where a product or service is faulty, materially different from its description or otherwise fails applicable legal standards are separate from a discretionary change-of-mind request. Contact us about the problem and Paddle if it cannot be resolved.
PathSnapper passes
A 24-hour or seven-day pass is a one-time purchase and does not renew. It begins when payment is confirmed, or follows an existing active pass as described before purchase. There is no subscription to cancel at the end of a pass.
If you bought the wrong pass, bought it more than once unintentionally or cannot use it because of a product problem, contact us promptly so the circumstances can be reviewed. We do not promise an automatic unused-time refund; this does not affect statutory rights, Paddle's applicable policy or any specific commitment made to you.
Subscriptions
You may stop future subscription renewals through the relevant product account or Paddle's supported management options. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. A refund request is assessed separately. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically refund earlier payments, and a refused discretionary refund does not remove the option to stop future renewals.
Check the product's instructions before deleting an account: deletion can end product access and remove saved content sooner than ordinary renewal cancellation. It does not remove mandatory refund rights. Updating a payment method is not a purchase of another subscription; an overdue amount may still be collected when checkout clearly shows it.
Review and processing
Where a refund is not required by law or another applicable commitment, requests can be reviewed on their individual circumstances under Paddle's policy. A request alone is not a guarantee of approval. Paddle handles reimbursement and the applicable processing times and payment-method arrangements.
An approved refund or payment reversal can change or end the relevant paid access. The product will apply those changes through its normal billing process. We will not use this policy to limit lawful dispute or complaint rights.
