Mark Muller, trading as m-spacemedia, is responsible for personal information processed through m-spacemedia.com and its shared billing-support service. PathSnapper and Matorii are products operated by us. This notice explains the parent website, payment routing and shared billing support. The PathSnapper privacy policy and Matorii privacy policy explain their separate accounts, product content and service-specific processing.
Paddle acts as merchant of record for Paddle purchases and processes payment and buyer-support information for its own purposes under its privacy notice. Its role is distinct from our responsibility for operating the products and this website.
Information we process
When you follow a payment link, we receive the transaction reference carried by that link. We use Paddle's API to check the associated product, price, transaction status and, when necessary, subscription reference. The response may contain related billing identifiers and metadata. We use the information needed to identify the product and continue the relevant payment flow; we do not create a customer profile or retain the transaction response for routing.
Our servers also process technical information needed to deliver and secure the website, such as your IP address, request time, browser information and request outcome. The application does not retain Paddle transaction responses or send payment references to optional analytics. Hosting and security systems may also process request metadata.
If you contact us, we process the contact details, correspondence and order information that you choose to provide so we can respond. Please avoid including full payment credentials, account passwords, sensitive meditation details or private artwork in a general billing enquiry.
We do not receive or store your full card number, security code or bank-login credentials through the hub. Card and payment details entered in Paddle checkout are handled by Paddle. The routing service does not retrieve your meditation history, mood inputs, audio recordings, uploaded artwork or saved projects to decide which product site to open.
How and why we use information
We use payment references and verified product information to provide the requested payment or account-support flow. Where this is necessary for our software-service contract or steps you ask us to take, we rely on that contractual basis. We use limited technical data to prevent abuse and keep the website reliable, based on our legitimate interests in operating a secure service. We use support correspondence to answer your request, fulfil our responsibilities and, where appropriate, establish or respond to a legal claim.
We retain information required by applicable legal obligations on that basis. Optional marketing or analytics processing, if introduced, has its own explanation and any required consent controls. Merely reading this notice or arriving through a Paddle link is not consent to optional marketing.
Payment routing automatically identifies a product from verified billing information. It does not make a credit or eligibility decision, create a charge, or grant product access. If a link cannot be resolved, you can contact us for help. Without a usable payment reference, we may be unable to route that particular link automatically; product-account and Paddle-support options remain available.
Who receives information
We host this website on our own server in the Netherlands. EuroVPS supplies the server infrastructure. Information needed to deliver, maintain and protect the website is processed through that infrastructure. Email service providers process correspondence needed to receive and answer enquiries.
We communicate with Paddle to look up a transaction or subscription and help with payment enquiries. A handoff to PathSnapper or Matorii carries the transaction reference needed to open its payment flow. We do not send the customer's name, email address, billing address or product content in the handoff URL. The product site and Paddle process the subsequent checkout or account activity under their respective notices.
We may disclose relevant information where required by law or necessary to establish or defend legal rights. We do not sell billing-hub personal information or use payment-routing data to build a combined marketing or wellbeing profile across our products.
Fonts are hosted with this website. Optional analytics and marketing scripts are disabled on billing and policy pages. Any optional technologies enabled elsewhere on the website are described in our cookie information.
Where information is processed
This website is hosted by m-spacemedia on its own server in the Netherlands, with server infrastructure supplied by EuroVPS. Information sent to Paddle may be processed in other countries, as described in Paddle's privacy notice. Contact support@m-spacemedia.com for information about international processing and the arrangements that apply to your information.
How long we keep information
The routing service processes Paddle responses for the request and does not retain transaction payloads or product-content records. Necessary operational caching, if any, is limited to non-customer product configuration.
Security and operational records are kept for the period needed to protect and troubleshoot the service. Support correspondence is kept while an enquiry is being handled and for any justified follow-up or legal requirements. Records may be retained longer for a specific legal obligation, active dispute or legal claim, with their use restricted to that purpose. Information no longer needed is deleted or appropriately anonymised.
Paddle retains its own payment records under its own requirements. Account information, artwork, saved projects, meditation inputs and recordings held by the product sites follow those sites' separately explained retention rules. A payment handoff does not change those rules.
Cookies
The payment and policy pages use only technologies necessary for their operation and security by default. You do not have to accept optional analytics or marketing cookies to continue a payment or read these policies. Cookies or similar technologies used by Paddle checkout are explained by Paddle; the product site you continue to has its own controls.
If we introduce optional tracking on the billing pages, we will explain it and provide the required choices before enabling it. Any optional technologies used elsewhere on m-spacemedia.com must be listed in the website's actual cookie controls and disclosures. Payment references and sensitive product content must not be collected by analytics.
Your rights and choices
Depending on the applicable law and processing, you may ask to access, correct, delete or restrict personal information, obtain a portable copy, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent for processing that relies on consent, without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Some rights have conditions and exceptions, including requirements to keep relevant legal records.
Contact support@m-spacemedia.com to make a request. We may ask for proportionate information to verify that we are responding to the correct person and will respond within the period required by law. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office or another competent data-protection authority where applicable.
For information held by Paddle for its own payment purposes, use Paddle's privacy and buyer-support channels. We can help direct your request, but cannot promise deletion of records that Paddle is legally required to retain.
Updates and contact
We update this notice when our processing materially changes and show the current revision date. We will communicate material new uses where required before starting them.
